Strategic Plan

WELCOME! Our Preliminary Application for 2024-25 Is Now Closed

Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, Poly Prep will be working on a new strategic plan.

Be sure to check this space for updates and announcements throughout the process, including more events to come.

Pursuing Excellence

Guided by the perspectives of our entire community—parents, students, trustees, employees, and alumni—a strategic plan allows us to move forward with a shared vision of making Poly the best it can be.

The Process

Our community’s input is critical to informing the course we will take in prioritizing our goals over the next five years. Through town hall meetings, focus groups, surveys, and more, you will help shape the Poly educational experience as we look toward preparing our students for the future.

Thank you for taking the time to think about Poly and sharing your opinions.
